Oseberg narrow band variation

Ribbon long enough to decorate a Viking dress, coat or tunic, based on an archeological find dated to 834 AD. The finding place is Oseberg in the south-east part of Norway. The band was a part of grave goods in a ship burial, one of the richest ever found.

The material I used is finely spun, locally produced sheep wool. Original band retrieved from Oseberg ship burial was made of silk and linen, with slightly asymmetrical border.
