Narrow ⨳ trim (plant dyed yarns)

Colours: gray-green (yarrow + iron), pale yellow-green (yarrow), variegated orange (brown lichen)

This band was handwoven of plant dyed yarns. I collected the plants myself and dyed yarns using historical recipes.

The pattern is inspired by medieval Latvian band but it can be used for a variety of projects.

It can be used as a trim on clothes, strap or as a part of a headdress.
