This headband is handwoven on tablets using fine Norwegian wool. Headband's length is adjustable thanks to a drawstring. The pattern of "S" is fairly common in Baltic and Finnish context.
It can be used just like it is, decorated with pendants or used as a part of more elaborate headdress. Ends are secured against unraveling by invisible stitches.
