Belt in autumn colours (Birka inspired)

Length: 270 cm (+10 cm tassels)

Width: 2,3 cm

Material: 100% Norwegian wool

Colours: beige (birch bark), pale orange (old man's beard lichen), medium brown (natural colour), dark brown (natural colour)

A belt made of soft and durable wool in colours of autumn 🍂

Browns are natural (undyed), and beige and orange are dyed with plant material from my garden. 

The pattern is loosely based on finds from Viking age settlement in Birka, Sweden.
